The demand for non-pharmacological treatment has become apparent as the population has grown and the quality of medical health care and treatment has improved. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), roughly 10% of the population in each country suffers from some form of impairment, and there is a clear shortage of competent physical therapists. As a result, universities launched a bachelor's degree program in physical therapy. These course syllabi and descriptions are the results of a careful review of courses at reputable universities in 35 countries, as well as the consideration of proposals from well-known experts and intellectuals.
